Question: A 45-year-old female patient, with a history of surgically treated tonsil squamous cell carcinoma, thyroid cancer treated by thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine therapy, and high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, presented with intractable low-back pain (Figs. 1, 2, and 3). Answer: Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the third lumbar vertebra.
